2. Implementation of process standards
A. According to the product drawings, technical specifications and production conditions of company, guide the employees in workshop on the process standards, and ensure that the process standards are strictly implemented during the processing of workshop.
B. Responsible for daily inspections in workshop and organize inspections of the process implementation. If the machine tool makes abnormal noise during operation, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance.
C. When processing the workpiece, strictly follow the process and process the parts according to the technical requirements of the drawings. After the first part is processed, it must be inspected by a quality inspector before it can be processed in batches.
3. Quality management and technical guidance
A. Responsible for the decomposition of the workshop quality plan indicators, and implement the decomposition indicators after submitting for approval.
B. Responsible for the quality control in the machining process, the inspection of the previous process and the self-inspection of this process, strictly implement the product quality standards, ensure the realization of the quality objectives, and report the engineering defects in time.
C. Supervise the regular verification of testing equipment, measuring instruments and various tooling.
D. According to the requirements of company’s quality department, cooperate with the quality inspection personnel of workshop to do a good job in the quality training of the employees, and improve the quality awareness of the employees.
E. Responsible for guiding the technical problems on the lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, sawing machine, etc., and for solving the difficult problems on the lathe, drilling machine, sawing machine, etc.

6. Cost control and safety management

B. Master the production status and provide production technical support to ensure normal production.
C. Statistic daily production report and scrap statistics.
D. Responsible for managing, using, and maintaining work-in-progress, equipment, accessories, tools, measuring tools and workstation appliances.
E. Responsible for the safety education of workshop personnel, guide workshop personnel to operate the equipment safely, strengthen the safety management ofworkshop, and ensure that the workshop is safe and accident-free.

7. Internal management
A. Responsible for recording and assessing the performance of the employees in workshop, and responsible for the deployment of employees in workshop.
